Joseph Neidig, CEO contact
Joseph is passionate about real health. As VP of
Operations and Officer at a mid-size automotive company, his
leadership in healthcare drove innovations that provided direct
financial incentives for “Healthy Behaviors” and lead to the first
on-site clinic services in the tri-state area. This combined
work led to a reduction in total health care spending after year 2
by creating a healthier workforce.
During his tenure as
President of the Tri-State Business Group on Health he sought
innovations that drove value in accessing healthcare by:
implementing a Pharmacy Benefit Purchasing Program that eventually served
over 13,000 lives, establishing a Health Leadership Counsel that
connected Providers to Business and Education, and establishing
Wellness Incentive Grants for tobacco cessation and weight loss.
Joseph is actively involved in our community. His
involvement includes:
- Board of Directors, Southwestern Indiana YMCA
- Board President, Metropolitan School District of North Posey
County Schools
- Past President, Tri State Business Group on Health
A graduate from the Kelley School of Business' Kelley
Partnership for Leadership Development, Joseph has a BS in Finance
from the University of Evansville and an MA from the University of
Southern Indiana. He is also a licensed Health and Life
Insurance Professional.

R. Chad Perkins, MD, CMO contact
Dr. Perkins has spent his professional life working to
improve the health of individuals and families. He is the
Executive Director of Family Medicine Associates, a six physician
private partnership in two locations serving the tri-state region
covering over 20,000 patients . This group stands as one of the few
remaining independent primary care practices in the tri-state
region. The physician partners remain strategically involved with
patient care at all local inpatient facilities.
Dr. Perkins
has years of experience in the on-site setting and is committed to
serving people in this prevention focused model. He began his
experience with onsite care by providing wellness services and
performs pre-employment physicals for companies.
Dr. Perkins is
a member of the:
- American Academy of Family Physicians
- Indiana Academy of Family Physicians
- American Board of Family Medicine.
In addition, his community involvement includes:
- Speaking on topics including Stroke, Hypertension,
Preventative Medicine, and Onsite Healthcare
Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since
2000, he performed his Residency at Deaconess Family Practice in
Evansville, IN. after obtaining his Medical Degree in 1997. |
Lisa Gish, RN, MHA, Director of Clinic Operations contact
Lisa oversees and is responsible for the quality of all Tri-State Community Clinics. Prior to joining Tri-State Community Clinics, she was Executive Director of the Tri-State Business Group on Health (TSBGH). Her consulting and management experience includes employee medical and pharmacy benefit design, wellness programs, group purchasing, health care policy and strategy, data analysis, and pharmacy benefit program development.
Her involvement includes:

- American Diabetes Association Leadership Board, Chair
- American Red Cross of Warrick County, Board Member and Active Volunteer

Lisa earned her diploma in nursing from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing (cum laude) and master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Southern Indiana. And in 2000, she was honored with the Distinguished Nursing Alumna Award presented by the USI Nursing Alumni Society. |
