Joseph Neidig, CEO contact

Joseph is passionate about real health.  As VP of Operations and Officer at a mid-size automotive company, his leadership in healthcare drove innovations that provided direct financial incentives for “Healthy Behaviors” and lead to the first on-site clinic services in the tri-state area.  This combined work led to a reduction in total health care spending after year 2 by creating a healthier workforce.

During his tenure as President of the Tri-State Business Group on Health he sought innovations that drove value in accessing healthcare by:  implementing a Pharmacy Benefit Purchasing Program that eventually served over 13,000 lives, establishing a Health Leadership Counsel that connected Providers to Business and Education, and establishing Wellness Incentive Grants for tobacco cessation and weight loss.
Joseph is actively involved in our community.  His involvement includes:

  • Board of Directors, Southwestern Indiana YMCA
  • Board President, Metropolitan School District of North Posey County Schools
  • Past President, Tri State Business Group on Health

A graduate from the Kelley School of Business' Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development, Joseph has a BS in Finance from the University of Evansville and an MA from the University of Southern Indiana.  He is also a licensed Health and Life Insurance Professional.
